As you enter this beautiful one bedroom condo apartment on the 8th floor that offer up to 89.9 square meter with balcony of fully furnished living space, you will directly feel at ease overlooking the stunning white sandy beach of Mullet Bay and its breathtaking turquoise waters. You will also be able to take full advantage of the spectacular and panoramic view of the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba right from your balcony.



Mullet Bay beach is one of the most popular on the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkeling. Around the winter season, it can also be a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool.



This is the perfect location as it is just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also known as Kerosene beach; where you will be a part of the spectacular show of all the planes taking off. It's also a short drive of 15 minutes to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes away from Simpson Bay, where you will find all the restaurants and discover the island's nightlife.

We really enjoyed the location, cleanliness and hospitality from the very accommodating staff. A designated area to clean the sand off yourself when returning from the beach. We looked around the pool area but did not see a designated area. We also didn’t ask so we could have missed it. Replacement beach towels would also have been appreciated.

Our stay was everything we wanted plus more ! The apartment had everything we needed the bed was SOOO comfortable I wish I could've taken it home ! Location is perfect amenities are luxe and the view was phenomenal! Loved it so much we're considering buying a unit
