Welcome to Fourteen at Mullet Bay, one of the most exquisite and luxurious beachfront residence in St Maarten located directly on the famous Mullet beach and golf course.



As you enter this condo, the view from the stunning sitting room and the balcony to the white sandy beach, turquoise waters, and the neighboring islands of St Kitts and Nevis, and Saba will literally take your breath away.



Mullet beach is one of the most popular of the island. It is a reef protected spot and great for swimming and snorkelling. It provides some shade to the left of the beach. Sometimes in the year, it's a great surfing spot and the rest of the year, the water is as calm as a pool. It is also just a couple of minutes drive to one of the most photographed beach in the world, Maho beach also called Kerosene beach. It's also a short drive of 15 min to the french side capital, Marigot and 10 minutes to Simpson Bay.



Without a doubt, the magical light and scenery in St.Maarten inspired this incredible 2 bedroom condo rental. It features huge sliding doors which open right up to take full advantage of the spectacular and panoramic views.



The interiors of the chic sitting room and dining room have been carefully selected to provide wonderful sophistication together with extreme relaxation.



There are two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. The two bedrooms feature a king bed. All have gorgeous en suite bathrooms. Both of them have a Italian shower.





The kitchen is very modern and very sleek. A cook can also be arranged at any time if desired.



The spacious outdoor terrace has a dining table and an outdoor seating area for up to 4 people.

Had an awesome time in this 2-bedroom spot at Fourteen! The views of the golf course and ocean from the balcony were mind-blowing. The lap pool was heated, the gym was super modern – basically, all the cool stuff you want. The service was on point, the staff were legends, and the place had this fancy yet comfy vibe. Mullet Bay views were the icing on the cake. If you're after a chill and swanky getaway, A1303 at Fourteen is the spot. Highly recommend! 🌟

Fantastic apartment with an amazing view!

Very modern and luxury apartment with a lot of space. Beautiful balcony with an amazing view on Mullet Bay. Full kitchen available, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good A/C system in all rooms. We also enjoyed the pool very much. On walking distance there was a carrefour express and bakery that we used every morning. All in all a very comfortable accommodation at a great location. More elevators in the building would have been nice.
