"We had a beautiful stay here at the lodge. It's clean and nicely decorated. It's location is stunning and peaceful. Lots of wild life and the lake is a minute walk away. Bring your mozzie spray though! The kayaks were a fun activity.We were only here for a weekend but we would have loved to stay longer! The host brought us a nice bottle as Champagne as it was mother's day and as we were there with our mother's group, it was much appreciated! The Eumundi markets are a short drive away as well as many beautiful beaches. We can defenitily recommend this stay and we will certainly come back!"

"Location and rooftop alfresco space were superb. Beach access and walking tracks to surrounding bushlands and the Noosa National Park were stunning. This location was an idealic blend of ocean relaxation and bushwalking. The beds were super comfy and the weather was perfect. Greg was.an attentive host."

"Great little spot especially for families on a budget. 2 mins walk to beach but no flags for swimming, so need to travel a bit further to swim. Decent sized pool with nice sun beds to relax on. With 2 pre-teens we found the unit quite tight, with only one bathroom upstairs (toilet inside the bathroom). Kitchen and bathroom quite small especially for larger people. Still good value for money in a great location."

"Fantastic house for a family holiday. Huge combined kitchen, dining and living area, plus a separate media (or ‘play’) space. Generously sized bedrooms and a wonderful north facing pool that is well integrated with the indoor and outdoor spaces. Less than a minute’s walk to the beach via a direct track to the beach pathway. We were 4 parents, 2 grandparents and 3 children under 6 and the house worked wonderfully for us over 7 nights. Would come back again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Retreat beach houses in Perigian Beach. The houses are privately owned and each one is different. We lucked out with a unit with wonderful furniture and everything we needed. The houses themselves are on the older side and I enjoyed the charming 80s style architecture with tongue and groove ceiling, and louvers. These houses are designed to breathe and stay cool during the hot Australian summer days. Enjoyed having a separated living and sleeping area so we could enjoy ourselves while the kids slept peacefully. Loved the property and the grounds with the fantastic swimming pool, great privacy, tennis court, and of course easy walking access to the beach. We will definitely return."
