"The room was clean well presented room temperature spot on the staff as always were very helpful and friendly I ate a evening and lunch time meal both were excellent. My only issue is the lift that has a gulitine style door and if the door is not closed the lift will not operate which a bit of a pain to be fair the staff do sort but overall I would recommend the Old Hall Hotel"

The spa was easily one of the highlights of the whole weekend! The hot tubs were amazing, and being able to properly relax and enjoy the spa facilities in such a beautiful setting made the stay feel like a real getaway. We absolutely loved it and could have happily spent hours in there! The hotel itself is gorgeous, the grounds and setting are stunning, and the whole place has such a lovely atmosphere. Once we were settled in, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. What impressed us most was how quickly the team responded to our initial concerns. Things don’t always go perfectly, but how somewhere handles an issue says a lot, and they made sure our initial experience didn’t put a dampener on the weekend at all. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already wanting to come back. The spa and hot tubs alone are worth the visit! ❤️"
