"Excellent staff. I was there on business for a week and anyone I dealt with was great. The rooms are nice and was dead quiet when in it. Food was excellent. "
"The staff were outstanding and very helpful.
Downside the bathroom in our room was very dated, and could do with some work.
Would definitely go back!"
"le check in c’est plutôt bien passé parcontre le check out a été très compliqué malgré le faite d’avoir déjà tout réglé en avance.
le réceptionniste n’arrivait pas à avoir que j’avais déjà réglé en avance, du coup j’ai même dû lui fournir plusieurs preuves."
"They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc…
I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast."
"Florença is a very good solution in a city where hotels are normally very expensive and getting around is a little difficult. The Belas shopping center across the way offers a number of restaurants (in addition to the one in the hotel itself) and also shopping for basics such as fruit. This is very practical, especially during slightly longer stays."

"My room was quite big and it was quiet and comfortable. It was quite modern, so there were already some signs of wear and tear visible. The WiFi connection was good (fast enough for online meetings).
I arrived in the morning after an overnight flight. When I arrived, they immediately started cleaning a room for me, and after a short wait I was able to get a room earlier than the check-in time. While waiting, the operations manager came to introduce herself and show the breakfast area.
The location was quite central.
My booking said the property would send me an email 5 days before the stay for check-in instructions. They didn't and I asked them about it. I received a reply that I can just show up. Toward the street, there's only a wall and a gate in it, but by the gate there is securiy which also checked me in."
"Eugene the resident manager helped us out at every turn. The check-in front staff needed to see my Expedia reservation confirmation. WARNING: None of my USA Visa or MC creditcards worked at the hotel or the airport; there is an ATM on the street in front of the hotel. Eugene had to escort me to go use it to pay for my restaurant bill. But, there were at least 30 locals waiting in line and four armed security guards who let Eugene and me cut in line so that I would not miss my flight; I felt out of place and guilty. The restaurant food was exellent, but overpriced; Eugene offered a 20% discouut for the previous night's dinner. The breakfast was included at the same hotel restaurant and it was very good. If you don't speak Portugese, you will find very few English speakers, but almost everyone we encountered was nice and tried to help."
"The hotel is nice and the personnel very friendly and helpful. However the service in the Terrace Bar shall be improved because it is lowering the good level of the hotel"
