"This is a 3 star hotel with 5 star staff and service. Every single interaction with staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. From my first phone call to arrange a pick up to the airport, to the manager, Santi, walking us out to our ride back. My one issue was Expedia lists a gym for this hotel and there isn’t one. In hind sight, I’m glad I didn’t know there wasn’t a gym, because I would not have booked this hotel. I would have missed out on a perfectly delightful experience."

The location is perfect for walking around Luang Prabang and down to the Night Market. It was hard to get responses from the hotel at times before we arrived and we had some issues with attempting to arrange transfers through the hotel but it was also a holiday which complicated things. "The hotel itself is ckean and the staff are friendly and informative. We had booked a double and got two single beds (although this seems to be the norm in Laos from my experience). The toilet seemed to be blocked along the line a bit (I suspect soneone throw toilet paper down) so a few times we had to find a plunger. Aircon struggled in the heat, but the room had strong ceiling fans. I also like the seperate shower and toilet. I'm not sure the pools PH leveks are checked, as after a short swim...
