  • The courtyard "behind the gate", which is visually completely closed to the outside, is also intensively greened vertically. Grasses can even grow in the pavement joints, provided they remain low. The rather shady and moist biotope with some sun islands is particularly "tolerable" on hot summer days.
    The attentive and silent observer can encounter a common toad, a hedgehog and the completely harmless (because shy and non-toxic) grass snake.
    Recently, a roof terrace ("sun deck") is of course accessible at no extra charge.
