Treat yourself to a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom 1 bath home in a well-established and safe neighborhood only 5 minutes from Texas Tech. This location is perfect for small and medium sized groups. This house can sleep 6 with its high-quality couches, a 55-inch TV with Netflix access, fast Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, and new furniture and mattresses for great rest! The driveway can fit 2-3 vehicles, so you'll have plenty of space to park. Maxey Park is close by!

Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The master bedroom contains a queen bed. The second bedroom contains a full-size bed. The third bedroom is setup as an office/bedroom with both a work desk and a daybed with trundle underneath for one adult or two children. Each bedroom has comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well as bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands.

The living room features plenty of seating with a comfy new couch that also allows for an additional place for a guest to sleep. There are also additional chairs for seating. This area has a 55-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen. Near the kitchen is a workspace for any business needs while traveling.

The dining area has a circular dining room table with seating for 4 guests.

The bathroom is clean, updated, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash is provided in the bathroom.

The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood.

This property is pet friendly for those with well-behaved pets. We only allow up to 2 pets. Please let us know if they will be staying. You are responsible for your pets are their actions. Any damages or additional cleaning will be your responsibility to take care of if anything happens.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Aaron's Abode is located in the Medical District neighborhood which is a safe, well established neighborhood located 1 mile South of Texas Tech University and a couple blocks from a local park. Very easy access to shopping (supermarket is 1 mile away), dining, and entertainment. This home is a 3-5 minute drive to the west side of TTU campus.

The house is close to the Marsha Sharp Freeway (Highway 62/82), Loop 289, Quaker Avenue, and the interstate, making it a very convenient location for getting around the city.

Other than Uber, Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!
