Traffic is a thing of the past with multiple routes and highways to get to where you want on time.

We came in for a football weekend with 3 teenage boys. It was ideal because there is a bedroom with 3 beds for the boys. Everything was clean and working. Communication with the manager was great.

Overnight Stay

My family and I stayed for a quick overnight driving through from Colorado and everything was just as listed. The home was clean and comfortable and Ruth was an excellent communicator, would definitely stay here again if needed!

Perfect for a family

We stayed in the house for an extended time during our evacuation from the Ruidoso wildfires. Ruth was a wonderful host and the house was an effortless fit during a stressful time. The house is clean, conveniently located, and comfy. Thank you Ruth.

Good host, would recommend

We had a good time while staying at this property. We were visiting our son while at TTU and seeing a football game. The only suggestion I would make is to have regular coffee for the keurig machine. There was only decalf. But that only a minor inconvenience.
