We enjoyed our stay cause the beds were some comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. It was perfect location for our trip

The problem with this hotel is that you can hear everything! The guy right above us on 406 was walking all night long. Also, the gal that was working the counter in the afternoon was rude. I will never stay at this hotel and I visit Lubbock frequently.

Checking in was easy and the gentleman helping us was kind Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable Checking out there was no staff at the desk for more than half an hour while I waited to ask a question before leaving.

The room is amazingly large. The room is clean and nice. The only thing that we are not satisfied is that it was quite noisy at night from neighboring rooms.

We didn’t get to stay there. We were told at check in that they had no water but it was expected to be back on by 6:00 pm. So we went and ate supper and came back about 7:30 pm and we were told still no water and it might not be back on till after midnight or even next morning. We had to check out and find another hotel last minute. Not only have we already been charged for the room but lost all my one-key rewards.

Great hotel.
Great stay. Sausage was a bit undercooked for breakfast. Would have preferred bacon with the other selections they had. Great choices. Bit more attention needed to cleaning floors in the rooms for hair.

It was really nice. The only thing was when they came to clean the bathroom, they just left towels on the sink. They didn't take the used ones and they didn't put any more toilet paper or tissues. The front desk attendant was very respectful and welcoming.

The front desk young man, very pleasant and helpful in all our needs. The hotel is well kept and clean. The only thing that may be an inconvenient is the access road is on a service road that is only one way. So is a little tricky to get to the hotel location. But has the university Tech A& M pretty much next door. Also very close to food / restaurant.

Green light, stop
I found the hotel clean and comfortable and the staff polite and helpful. One drawback for my room was the smoke detector. It's green light (apparently indicating that it was functioning properly, per hotel staff) blinks at odd intervals all night long, likely all day long as well. Being a light sleeper, this made for a restless night. The hotel is also very convenient to campus.
