Mackey Park Retreat!

  • Welcome to our thoughtfully designed home, created for comfort and convenience. This home is under new management and back and better than ever! This inviting retreat features two bedrooms with plush king beds, plus a third bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed—ideal for families or groups traveling together.

    Located less than five minutes from Texas Tech University and the Lubbock hospital district, our home is a perfect place to settle in during your stay.
    ***House Rules***
    -No Parties. If an unauthorized party happens, you will be charged $500 plus any damages
    -There is absolutley NO SMOKING of any kind on property anywhere!! If any filters or reminents are found, you will be charged $250 for an ozone machine to clear out the house!
    -The fireplace cannot be used nor burning of any candles.
    -No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.
    -If you break something, let Emily know immediately. Failure to do so will result in an additional fine.
    -Please do not use the white linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. You will be charged for any damaged or stained cloths or towels.
    -If you need to clean up any mess, there are extra towels in the Laundry Room above the the broom cabinet.
    -Any trash you accumulate can be taken to the dumpter in the alley behind the house.

I hope that you had an excellent stay at Mackey Park Retreat! Check-out time is 11AM, unless previously discussed and agreed upon with the host, Emily. Please leave our home as you found it.
When checking out, please complete the following: -Start dishwasher. Pods under sink -Leave used beds unmade. -Pile used towels in bathroom. -Set the thermostat to 75 Cool and 65 Heat.
Gather all belongings. A $50 will be applied plus postage if we must locate your left behind items. Please leave our home in the condition you found it. We truly appreciate your help with this!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
