You cannot beat the location! Situated within walking or short driving distance to Texas Tech University, United Supermarkets Arena, and Galaxy Stadium you can easily skip event parking hassles. Perfectly positioned for campus visits, graduation weekends, game days, concerts, or medical professional stays near (also walking distance) to the local hospital district.

Take a quick stroll to local neighborhood favorites like J&B Coffee, Capital Pizza, or Good Line Beer Co. Tech Terrace Park and Wagner Park are also just moments away if you want to enjoy the tree-lined, historic streets, play on the playground, or play a tennis match.

The space features a king bed and a full bed, perfect for a small group or family. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, each with a tub (one deep soaking).

There is a large fenced backyard and covered seating area perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The backyard is a shared space with a completely separate back-house that has a long term occupant. For right now the backyard is a work in progress, but the patio and seating area is complete.

The property is protected with outdoor cameras at the front door, pointing down the driveway, and on the back of the house pointing to the back alley gate.
