You are going to love your stay at our remodeled 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom minimalist-chic style home. This lovely home is located on the south side of town in a quite neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shopping are near by. Tech and the medical district are just a short 10 minute drive.

Features a luxurious master suite with a king bed, a king in bedroom 2, and a spacious queen in the 3rd bedroom. We've equipped this house with the fastest Wi-Fi available and an electric vehicle charger.

This home was remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your party. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open making for a spacious and comfortable area to relax and entertain.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows.

Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

The laundry room is fully equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

The south loop is less than 2 miles from the residence and Texas Tech is just 5 1/2 miles away. You can access any spot in Lubbock in less than 15 minutes from the house. This is a great location!

Me and my family needed a place last minute. Trent was the best he got us checked in early, he was very kind and did great on communication. The house was a clean and cozy upon our arrival. Will recommend staying here every time.

Nicely furnished and close to Teas Tech

We stayed for 2 nights and felt right at home. Close enough to the campus for activities but far enough away there wasn’t traffic or noise. The house is older but updated and furnished really cute! We had plenty of room and will definitely be back!

The house was nice with some exceptions. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The shower in the master bath had no shower curtain. Thus water went all over the floor. We had to put towels down to help with the problem. Also, chairs (2) in the living room sat, basically, on the floor. Extremely uncomfortable. The couch wasn't much better as cushions were thin. Better living room furniture would help to make the property more comfortable for all. And, even garner a 5 star rating. Host was easy to communicate with.

Comfortable and Beautiful

You will definitely want to rent this home. The layout is great for a family. The kitchen is well stocked. There is anything in the cupboards you need & want. The beds are cozy with fabulous linens & luxurious throw blankets. The towels in the bathrooms are soft & plush. The home has locally made soaps in all sink areas. I rented this home so my Mom, Aunt and Uncle & I could visit family on the south side of town. This home is in a great location. The owners were in great communication with anything we needed. I will rent this property every time I come to town. Highly recommend!!

Super cute property with excellent location.

We stayed here for the OU vs Tech game. The property was very clean and is super cute. The location is great. Communication with the manager was easy and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
