Sleeps 5. Perfect for a family trip to a wedding, graduation, college game, or special event. Two bedrooms, each with a queen, offer privacy and the couch folds down into a spare bed. Two full baths allow your whole crew to get ready without waiting in line for the shower. High-speed Internet and cable TV provide lots of entertainment while you're in the house. Master bedroom has private bathroom and walk-in closet. Excellent Stay

The hosts for this property are excellent. The property was cute with modern styling making it warm and cozy for our family stay. We had everything we needed and we were all pleased to have gone this route instead of a hotel. We will be back for sure.

Graduation Weekend Bargain

We booked well in advance for graduation weekend at a fair price, not inflated for graduation. The property is very clean and conveniently located to everywhere we needed to go. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would stay here again.

Moving family member to town

The property was great for our stay to help move our daughter to town for Grad. School. Great price compared to local hotels to have our own space to relax. Host was helpful giving ideas for local store and restaurants! Will stay again forsure.

We were very happy with our recent stay. Upon arrival we had some concerns but upon entering the home that all went away. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great location close to campus and all the surrounding area. If we come to Lubbock again would book every time.

Great Place and Host!

Tracy was an amazing host and set the bar very high as my first VRBO experience! He communicated multiple times prior to our check in date, sent weather updates, and provided detailed instructions on what to do upon check in. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable and you have all the same comforts of home. I will book this property again in the future if it’s available when I’m back in town!

Family weekend

This property was clean & in close proximity to Texas Tech . We were welcomed with a care package and thank you card. They even had water bottles in the fridge for us! Our only complaint is that the coffee pot had old coffee in the carafe with floating fuzzy mold & the coffee filter & grounds were also moldy but luckily there was a Starbucks nearby.

Driving up, I had concerns. Walking in, they disappeared. The townhouse was very nice. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. It was clean. They had several books for reading, games and stuff for entertaining kids. We were five minutes from many restaurants and shopping. We could reach basically anywhere in Waco in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend

Quick stay in LBK

The Townhouse was a Perfect Stay

The townhouse is located in a perfect location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. The place is clean, organized and nicely furnished. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lubbock.
