"We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table."
"We were in Lubbock for College rodeo at Cooks Garage and stayed here with our daughter and friends. it was a great location, clean, new and very spacious. We loved it. We did wish it had a BBQ and a few more kitchen tools such as a can opener and glasses. All in all i would highly recommend this place
