"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, leider wurde nicht erwähnt, dass das Haus eine komplette Baustelle ist, mit reichlich Staub, Dreck und Müll inklusive. Die bereits fertige Wohnung war leider auch noch nicht ganz fertig, keine Tür lies sich schließen, selbst die Wohnungstür war defekt, was laut Aussage des Bauleiters auch bereits durch Vormieter moniert worden war. "Pros: Ruhige Lage im Grünen und kurzer Weg zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade. Fahrradweg Richtung Timmendorfer Strand so gut wie vor der Tür. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Haus gehört ein Fahrradschuppen (draußen, abschließbar) und ein Fahrradraum (im Kellergeschoss). Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen und -trockner ebenfalls ganz unten im Haus verfügbar (jeweils 50 Ct. je 30 min). Wir hatten schöne Tage. Sehr nette und problemlose Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin....

"The whole experience staying at this hotel was wonderful. My German isn’t very good but I always feel you should try to speak the language of the country you are staying in. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and very professional and patient with my attempts to converse in German. The room was excellent for the price and the breakfast was more than sufficient with excellent choices. I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Very friendly staff. Good location with very nice views onto lake and surrounding area. 15 minute casual pace walk to town center. Steep staircase makes travel with anything other than light luggage a bit cumbersome but staff offered to assist getting luggage to room. Staff also helpful with finding nearby paid parking No elevator. We'd stay here again but with less luggage, if possible. ;)"

"Great property for a night or two in Lubeck. Right off the main square and next to MarienKirche. Uber can drop off and pick up right at the front door. Only drawbacks are the lack of space for luggage in the rooms and the fact that the church’s bells do ring on the quarter hour all night long. We had our window cracked so that probably made them louder."
