This charming holiday home, No. 4, is located near the Dünenweg, the path that separates the Priwall holiday village from the wide Baltic Sea beach. The fine sandy beach is less than 150 metres away—perfect for sunbathers and swimmers! With approximately 109 m², this holiday home offers plenty of space for families and friends. The partially covered terrace is a true oasis of relaxation, where you’ll love to unwind after long days at the beach!

The House
Beach View House 4 can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in Village 1, not far from the beach and the Priwall Promenade. The house has 3 bedrooms.

Special Highlights
The wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere during the winter months! The sauna and hot tub guarantee pure relaxation!

Basic Amenities
A dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are provided.

The light-filled design of the living area invites you to spend time together, enjoy meals, or have family game days.

Bedrooms
Two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 each), which are pushed together to form double beds. The third bedroom is furnished with two separate single beds (80 x 200). Each bedroom features a spacious closet for your holiday wardrobe.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a sauna, a whirlpool tub (for up to 2 people), a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink.

Outdoor Area & Parking
The huge terrace is a real highlight! Equipped with patio furniture and a grill, it’s the perfect spot for social barbecue evenings and relaxing in the sun. Whether you’re reading a book on the patio or playing in the garden: you’ll find both active and passive relaxation on this fantastic property.
Two free parking spaces are available right next to the house.
Pets are welcome in this smoke-free accommodation.

Important booking information
Utility costs for gas (1.50 €/m³), water (8.50 €/m³), and electricity (0.40 €/kWh) will be metered after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee (not made up). Wi-Fi is also available free of charge (subject to availability).

Village 1 “Strandblick,” with its exclusive and spacious holiday homes, offers you a relaxing holiday on the Priwall in Travemünde—in a quiet, beachfront location right on the waterfront. The distance to the beach is approximately 100 metres.
Whether you’re looking for a smaller holiday home for a small group or an XXL holiday rental with a private pool for up to 12 people, you’re sure to find the perfect holiday home at the “Strandblick” complex. Each house features a sauna, a hot tub, and a wood-burning stove. Other homes offer large indoor pools and steam rooms.
Children are welcome in all holiday accommodation in the holiday village, and dogs are also allowed in many holiday homes. The spacious terraces offer plenty of seating. Each holiday home comes equipped with at least one grill to ensure you have a great time with your family!
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are located right next to the homes.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the holiday rental is returned in good condition. Your security deposit is €250. For larger properties, it’s €350. The security deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility charges, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).

At the Strandblick holiday resort, Village 1, exclusive holiday homes with their own unique character await you. Each of the 23 detached homes features three to six bedrooms, up to two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate six to twelve people, depending on the layout.
Parking spaces are located directly in front of each holiday home. If you bring bicycles, you’ll find plenty of space to park them at each house.
