Schöne große gräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung (Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder). Die Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut. Schöner Blick vom Balkon in den Godewindpark. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Im Gebäude sind bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr wenig Geräusche wahrnehmbar. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig für Ausflüge. Der Strand und die Promenade sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Geräumige Tiefgarage und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe der Wohnung.

die Integration des ehemaligen Autohauses Kittner in das Hauptgebäude und die Nutzung als Fitnesscenter. Die Tiefgarage und das Treppenhaus im Hauptgebäude sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnet sowie natürlich die Wohnung an sich und ihre äußerst günstige Aufteilung mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern.
