Spacious, modern loft apartment on two levels in a historic building. The apartment is located in our centrally located old town house – a building dating back to the 13th century that was used as a bakery for centuries.

In the heart of the old town, yet very quiet, with views over Lübeck's courtyard gardens.

The loft apartment is located on the second floor of the building and has a floor area of 62 m² on level 1 and 30 m² on level 2.

The spacious, bright apartment features a large living room with a separate dining area, as well as a gallery on the second level. From there, you can access two separate bedrooms. The apartment also has a completely new, modern shower room and a fully equipped, luxurious kitchen.

The rooms are furnished as follows:

Bedroom with a double bed (1.8 m x 2.0 m), bedroom with two single beds (0.9 m x 2.0 m).

Living room furnished with a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, and an armchair, 40-inch smart TV, stereo system, and a wood-burning stove (currently out of service). A high chair is available for children. Free Wi-Fi (high-speed DSL internet) is available throughout the house.

On the second floor, not all areas meet current DIN standards for headroom.
