Quiet Vacation Home in Auvergne

  • Single-story detached house in Auvergne, located in a small hamlet of two houses. Peace and quiet guaranteed. It is located in Sauvagny, in the municipality of Lubilhac, 43100

    It is a 1/4-hour drive from the A75 highway, 1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand, and 20 minutes from Brioude
    The house can accommodate up to 8 people, with 3 bedrooms featuring double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, a pantry, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
    TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and patio furniture.
    All dishes are provided.
    Duvets and pillows are provided, but not sheets, towels, tea towels, or other linens.
    A security deposit of 150 euros will be requested upon your arrival. It will not be collected unless the house is not left clean or if there has been any damage
