Apartment Jaco DH-38879:
Equipment living-dining room kitchenette with refrigerator, double hotplate, coffee machine, kettle & toaster and a dining area for 3 people. Bedroom with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), wardrobe & TV bathroom with shower and toilet.   Further equipment includes cot & high chair.

Information Enjoy a vacation with a great beach, wonderful landscape and living in a beautiful atmosphere.   The landlord provides the vacationers, 1 Berry holiday home and 2 Jaco and Kyra apartments for booking. Bed linen and towels can be booked when booking. A dog is allowed in the apartments, but not in the holiday home.   There is a laundry room with washing machine, which can be used after consultation with the owner. The landlord notifies the guests of the costs for this. Location The holiday home is located just a few meters from the promenade and the long, beautiful sandy beach of Lubmin. It lies between the dune road and the traffic-free beach promenade. The next bigger place is Greifswald. Close to the beach approx. 100 meters, shopping approx. 500 meters, bicycle rental approx. 300 meters, children & adventure playground approx. 150 meters, sports & leisure center approx. 650 meters (bowling, fitness, squash, fun ball). Important !!!Please contact the landlord via SMS immediately after booking. The telephone number can be found on the booking confirmation under key address.

Ich bin zum dritten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung, das sagt ja schon alles. Pizza links, Bar rechts, am Wochenende beste Pommes/Burger/Fischbrötchen gegenüber. Bus und Edeka sind keine 5min entfernt und der Strand ist bummelige 80m über die Straße. Internet klappt auch, Fernseher ist superpraktisch. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre ein Backofen.

Umgebung sehr schön Unterkunft schön, auch die Vermieterin sehr nett. Bei sehr schlechtem Wetter, wenn man nicht raus kann, fehlt in der Unterkunft eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit.

Urlaubsort Lubmin

Unsere FeWo war super zentral gelegen. 3 min zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch ca. 5 -8 min entfernt. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstrasse haben wir in der Wohnung nichts von gemerkt. Es war auch nicht so überfüllt wie an anderen Ostseestränden. Wer keinen Stress mag ist da genau richtig. Man kann dort viel zu Fuß erreichen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Uns hat es super gefallen. Einige abzügen bei der FeWo draußen zur Straße hätte es ein bischen geplegter sein müssen. Ansonsten top. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Immer wieder gerne nochmal dort hin.

Klein aber fein

Ein kleines Apartment welches für 2 Personen ausreichend ist.Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer auf die Ostsee.Es war 10 Tage unser Zuhause und wir haben es genossen.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin wahr sehr angenehm.

Toller Urlaub in Lubmin mit Hund

Das Objekt war für mich ,meinen Mann und unseren mittelgroßen Hund vollkommen ausreichend von der Ausstattung, sehr sauber, schön hell und gut von der Lage zum Hundestrand und zu verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Vermieterin hat sich toll um uns gekümmert, was in der heutigen Zeit sehr selten geworden ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
