Shop, supermarket, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Lubmin Seebad" 700 m, sandy beach 100 m, indoor swimming pool 20 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
4-room apartment 85 m2 on 1st floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Dining room. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom.
