The ā€œwelcome emailā€ I received before arrival listed a code for a customer portal that linked to a broken URL, but was actually for the propertyā€™s outer gate. Why not just call it a gate code instead of a portal access code? They also didnā€™t tell me where the button was to open the gate when exiting the property, so another...
