Was told at the desk when checking out I was required to contact reception to ask for shower cap ???? and no they don't provide complimentary water. I've stayed in 4 different hotels over past 2 months and complimentary water was standard in a each one."

Rydges Cronulla Beachside"Checkin was ok Room cleaning, maintenance is terrible. Not exhaust in bathrooms, so the whole place steams up. Mold and dust trieving on window seals. Joints cracked eith amenties. Curtains have mold on them. Noise from outside, terrible on level 2. No sound proofing in place. It will be the case in level 3 snd 4 aswell. Had to sleep with so much noise on budy nights with young kids with you. Conclude, profits over property maintenance is visible. Profits over guest care aswell"
