🛏️ The house (95 m²) consists of:

Ground floor: a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and walk-in wardrobe, a bathroom with toilet, as well as a conservatory overlooking the garden
Upstairs: an open night area consisting of two double beds (140x200) and a bench-type sofa

🚿 Practical bonus: an outdoor bathroom with WC, perfect for returning from the beach!

🛁 Wellness Area
Relax in the private jacuzzi, located in the garden, sheltered from view. Freely accessible from June to September, it is also available out of season upon request and for an additional fee.

The house is located on the Lido of La Marana, a unique natural space between the Mediterranean Sea and the Biguglia pond, offering a peaceful and exotic setting, just 15 minutes from the city centre of Bastia.

Perfectly accessible on foot, it is ideal for swimming, games or lounging under the Corsican sun.

Classified as a nature reserve, this protected site is the largest pond in Corsica. You will be able to take beautiful walks on foot or by bicycle, while observing remarkable fauna and flora: pink flamingos, herons, cormorants, dragonflies, etc.

Schönes Haus, ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Doppelbett, oben auf der Galerie zwei weitere Betten die auch als Doppelbetten genutzt werden können. Klimaanlage ist im Erdgeschoss im Wohnzimmer, erreicht so eigentlich alle Räume. Sehr sauber, geräumige Küche, soweit sind alle Utensilien da, die man benötigt. Kleiner Garten mit Außenküche, Dusche und Toilette. Highlight ist hier der Whirlpool. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön und vor allem ruhig. Der Kontakt mit Alice war sehr nett und sie hat uns immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ungefähr 5 Minuten zu Fuß, es ist ein schöner Strand, es gibt aber noch schönere Strände weiter Richtung Süden. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür.

Top Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und geräumig, im Garten kann man gut verweilen, auch in der Mittagshitze findet sich immer ein schattiges Plätzchen. Auch unser Hund hat sich wohlgefühlt. Optimal ist der kurze Weg zum Strand. Korsika ist eine tolle Insel, es gibt viel zu entdecken.

Séjour parfait à Stella Baggia

Tout d'abord, la maison est idéalement située sur le cordon lagunaire de la Marana, vous pourrez vous rendre à la plage à pied. Ensuite, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour passer un séjour comme si vous étiez chez vous. L'extérieur est propice à la détente avec sa cuisine d'été et le jacuzzi. Nous étions avec nos deux enfants dont un bebe, Alice nous a gentiment mis tout le matériel de puériculture à disposition. Je recommande vraiment cette location si vous voulez passer d'excellents moments en famille ou en couple.
