"A fabulous property - historic, beautiful and very practical. The town is great - some nice sights, supermarket is close by but it's not too busy or touristy. The location is excellent - well placed for all the main sights (Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Málaga). It was spotlessly clean, the pool was amazing and perfect with the views, the house is well stocked and our host Juan Carlos and his family were wonderful. Very thoughtful and kind and helped us with all kinds of local insights. We all highly recommend this home. There is a lot to see and do in the towns and area nearby. We loved our stay."

"Beautifully kept property with a fabulous pool. Right in the middle of the olive growing region about 10 minutes to the local town of Iznajar. Good roads to the property. The hosts live in half of the property and the other half is for guests. There are air con towers provided, generally these would be sufficient, but temperatures reached about 41 degrees while we were there. We would have loved built in air con units, but understand that the cost for this would be high. Pam and Tom were great...

Location was great for those looking for somewhere to escape tourist hot spots but there weren’t many local restaurants that were open for us (though we were travelling with a toddler who eats supper at 5pm!!) and Iznajar (the nearest town) was pretty dead though we were there mid July, which was a bit odd. "The house is at the top of a steep street. There is car access and use of a garage but with a large car we didn’t attempt either. Inside the property has character, charm and is well planned. Light rooms and the upstairs terrace was great. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning excellent. It did hit 40C during our stay."
