"My room was clean. The lighting was not the best but not terrible either. I didnt eat the breakfast or use the pool/hot tub. Staff was alittle hard to find and the one i interacted with was somewhat friendly but seemed like he was in a bad mood or having a bad day. But he was for the most part nice. House keeping were the friendliest smiling faces i saw at the hotel everytime i saw one of them they greated with a friendly smile and asked how i was. "

I brought it to staffs attention but the man continued doing the same thing. I asked staff about it again and I was told he was an extended stay customer who chain smokes in his car. It was very creepy and made my young daughter and I very uneasy. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it since he was a paying customer. We did not feel safe with him watching our every move."
