"A wonderful hotel and a great find. I'll stay here again. The hotel was big, clean, modern and had all the amenities I needed. I arrived stressed and left relaxed. The spa was superb - one of the best I've stayed in. The food and breakfast was superb. Room was nice and clean. I was able to charge my car, for a price. OK, there were several things I had to pay for on top, but this didn't spoil my stay. Note to Hotel Manager - your front desk team were efficient, but a few smiles (not as extreme as Disneyland!) would add value for guests!"

"Rooms weren’t very clean. Ants in the room for example. Staff weren’t very friendly upon check in. We came in at 6.30pm and asked if we could eat in the restaurant. We hardly was allowed dinner as they were closing down. So we rushed through dinner and generally didn’t feel very welcome. Beds were poor and rooms felt very old. And it wasn’t even very affordable.
