Main floor: furnished kitchen, dining area, lounge with walk-out to deck, laundry/mudroom, utility sink, and walk-out to slab-patio, bedroom has King-sized bed, bathroom has walk-in shower.

Upstairs: bedroom has King-sized bed, The “Bunkhouse” bedroom stocked with a full-sized bed & 1 single bed, bathroom has tub/shower.

Lower level: bedroom has King-sized bed, family room with internet TV, bathroom has tub/shower, and walk-out to yard. Games, books, and dart board (steel tip).

What can you expect for outside furniture? Fire pit, picnic table, gas grill, hammock, 8+ outdoor chairs.

Outdoor items available for use: croquet, badminton, can-jam, canoe with paddles, SUP board with paddle, and life vests. Guests are responsible for setting up items, transporting water toys to and from Lake Hamlin, and having fun! Dock is short and water very Shallow. Not suitable for any boats. It is a nice walk to the end of the dock to check the lake and do some fishing off the dock.

This property has easy check-in access. No parties, receptions or large gatherings permitted.
