Lake front house about 1 mile from Okemo's Jackson Gore Base Lodge

Our year round cottage is located on Lake Pauline in Ludlow Vermont, with 900 ft of lake frontage! Just 1.5 miles from Okemo's Jackson Gore base (about 30 minutes from Killington ski mountain and Woodstock).

This area offers all the outdoor adventures you're seeking; skiing, tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing in the winter and fishing, swimming, hiking and golfing in the summer. **Fish, swim or kayak right off the back deck!**
Fall offers the best leaf peeping around 🍂 🍁

Accommodations comfortably sleep 7. First bedroom has one queen bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and one Queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 1 Queen bed. This room over looks the lake with beautiful views.

There is 1 full bathroom with shower and 1 1/2 bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with spices, pantry goods and coffee maker (pot/keuig combo)microwave, toaster etc.

Living room with large comfortable sectional fireplace, TV, wifi, DVD library, netflex and an array of games for all ages.

Washer and dryer located in basement.

We have 4 kayak's for your enjoyment. Please use at your own risk and see waver.

This 3 bedroom cottage is a perfect getaway for couples, small groups of friends or a family looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay. We are located on route 100N for quick easy access to the mountains, shops, restaurants or site seeing. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Perfect get away

This was our second time staying at the cottage. We loved the upgrades, especially the new bedroom with a view of the lake. Perfect house for mountain biking and swimming. We would highly recommend staying at the Cottage.

Great family stay

Our family enjoyed the cozy cottage. The beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock. We loved watching the beavers swim at dusk. Very close to Okemo ski resort.

Cozy cottage memories

If your looking for beauty nature and comfort this cozy cottage surpassed our expectations our dog loved the lake and ducks and snow we lived ludlow okemo woodstock and Westin all so close great location and our host was wonderful prompt response with any questions and added a night last minute for us thanks so much Kristin

Beautiful Lake Cottage

We had a wonderful 4 days/nights at Cozy Cottage. Perfectly named, well appointed decor and comfortable beds. Perfect for families. The fire pit, kayaks and conoe along with the string lights and sitting areas to watch the wood ducks and beaver family was the perfect way to decompress from the rat race.

Ski trip

House was great. The 5 minute drive to Okemo was very convenient and shops in town were close by. Beautiful view out back with the house being almost on the water. The owner was easy to contact and answered back within minutes. I would definitely stay there again if we make a return trip to Okemo mountain

Great respite!

We had a great and restful stay. The house was exactly as listed. Views were great with ducks, beaver and a family of deer. Good fishing from the dock. This is in my top 3 of all places at which we have stayed! Definitely recommended!!!

Cozy cottage is a gem

Adorable cottage on Lake Rescue

What a wonderful place to rest and recreate. We had a great time at the Cozy Cottage enjoying time on the back deck and paddling in the lake. There are also a lot of great things to do in the area - many great hikes and shops/ restaurants to explore. Highly recommended! Thanks, Kristin and family for sharing your space with us!

Cozy Cottage on the Lake

Our family enjoyed the dock and decks most of all, and my children spent as much time as they could playing in the water. The cottage is small but fit our family of four nicely. It had everything we needed for our 4-night getaway!

Great summer getaway

This place is wonderful. We traveled with a few other couples, an infant, and a dog. We enjoyed time in the home, lounged by the fire pit, and soaked in summer at the lake. It has all of the amenities we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend!

Tranquility by the lake

We stayed at the cozy cottage and took advantage of late skiing at Okemo which is a fantastic family mountain. Being by the lake makes you chill and unwind.

Peaceful and lovely

Our stay in the cozy cottage on the lake was delightful. We had a super easy check-in process, followed by a lovely nighttime meal on the back deck directly on the water. We took the kayaks and the canoe out the second day, and the entire stay was wonderful. The house is not a palace, but it is clean, well-maintained, and in a lovely location directly on the water and near amenities.

Charming cottage!

Had a quick getaway for the weekend; had everything we needed! Cottage was incredibly clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was quaint. Beautiful view of river and decks were amazing-though we didn’t get to enjoy them much because of the rain. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Beautifully appointed home in prime location

My family and I just returned from our New Years stay at “Cozy Cottage”. The home is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Waking up every morning in the sun room overlooking the lake was an absolute dream especially on a snowy day. The location is fantastic, as it’s a stones throw to Okemo, and about a 7 min drive to the town of Ludlow where you will find a grocery store, quaint shops, and dining. We definitely plan to return!

Awesome fall stay

My wife and I had a great time. The lake is beautiful and it was a great area to enjoy fall in Vermont. Lots of restaurants, hiking, things to do in the area. Was awesome to have kayak/canoe on the property to explore the beautiful lake that the home is on. Inside the house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our pup also loved the stay and playing in the yard and swimming in the lake. Would definitely consider staying at this property again during any season!

Cozy place

Great setting. Right on Lake Pauline. Warm and inviting house that felt more like a home. Love the coziness feeling throughout the house. The temperature was in 20’s and 30’s during our stay so happy there was flannel sheets on the bed. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful House

We had a great getaway at the house. The house is beautiful with lots of charm. The house faces the river with beautiful decks; the road out front is heavily traveled which may be of concern to some people. Kristin was easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Wonderful

Had an amazing time, the house is beautiful and waking up in the morning with the sun coming through the windows made it feel like a vacation. The deck and patio was amazing we spent all of our time outside. Our canine family member (our baby boy) loved the yard and barking at the kayaks going by. A lot of wildlife geese, ducks, birds, and muskrats, even small turtles. Not much to due in town, but took a short ride to Woodstock had lunch by the river and walked the East End Park. And of course we had to travel to the Vermont Country Store, which is so relaxing picked up a lot of great stuff and your pup can come inside with you. Kristen was great and so responsive. We are already looking to go back.

Cozy cottage

We loved the relaxing feel of the home and location. We saw all types of wildlife, beavers, gray Herron, toads and an eagle. The time of year the pine trees shed needles which made a messy entrance into the house. I suggested an electric blower would be helpful because you don’t want to spend your vacation sweeping. Other than that one issue we love Ed our stay!
