    Welcome to this modern Trailside townhome, just a short walk to the slopes. Thoughtfully laid out across three levels, this updated condo features a bright main living area with wood-burning fireplace, a cozy loft for kids, and a lower level with bunk room, second living space, and additional bedroom. Designed for comfort and flexibility, it’s an ideal mountain retreat for families or groups.



    The Space:

    This modern Trailside townhome offers a thoughtfully designed three-level layout just a short walk from the slopes. Recently renovated and comfortably furnished, the space balances clean, contemporary finishes with classic mountain character—ideal for families or groups looking for room to spread out after a day outside.



    Main Level: Enter through a small mudroom, perfect for boots and gear. Just off the entry is a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. The main living area opens up to a bright kitchen and dining space, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook and gather. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace or step out onto the balcony to enjoy the mountain setting. Mini-split heating and cooling keep this level comfortable year-round.



    Loft: A spiral staircase leads up to a cozy loft overlooking the living area. Designed as a bonus hangout space, the loft includes bean bags and a kids’ play table—an ideal spot for games, reading, or downtime away from the main living space.



    Lower Level: The lower level is set up perfectly for groups. You’ll find a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks (sleeping four), a second full bathroom, and an additional living room with sectional sofa and TV—great for movie nights or giving kids their own space. A second queen bedroom is also located on this level, along with private, in-unit laundry. Mini-split heating and cooling serve this floor as well.



    Location & Access: Located in Trailside, the condo is approximately a 2–3 minute walk (about 700 feet) to the slopes.

    Parking notes: Parking is available in the shared parking area in front of the unit. Two parking passes are provided in the unit upon arrival.
