Great stay!
This is a great property for a large group. We had so much fun. We were a group of 23 and we all slept comfortably. It was nice that there were different places where we could hang out throughout the house. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Okemo Group Getaway!!!
If you have any sizable group, this is a perfect location for Skiing and hanging out in Okemo. There is no where more perfect for the price and care taken at the Clubhouse. Perfect hot tub to fit any group, excellent house layout and kitchen. Hosts were easy to communicate with helpful. We hope to come back here again!

Family Holiday Weekend
We had a fun & comfortable family (age range 3-92!) weekend. House was fully equipped with kitchen items. Three common area, one on each floor for activities-board games in dining room, pool tournament on second floor and quiet area by fireplace on third floor. A wide variety of bed sizes and configurations allowed all to fit. Skiing opportunities close by so all were happy.

Wonderful holidays at The Clubhouse
We had a fantastic, large family gathering here, and the property worked out perfectly for us. The Clubhouse had enough bedrooms to accommodate us all, and it was nice that we were spread out across three different levels. Great features included the fully stocked kitchen and the hot tub (used several times a day!). The location is also perfect, for it's an easy walk to the shops as well as to a nearby playground and field.

Great weekend with friends
The Clubhouse was a perfect place for us to have a long weekend with 6 other couples. Great kitchen, tons of space, pool table and hot tub. Plenty of table space for dining and games. Walking distance to shops, coffee, drinks and pickleball. Highly recommend for large groups!

Great family weekend!
We had a wonderful weekend as a family of 11 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The yard is a bit small but we made it work for us. 🙂

Great area for older veteran motorcycle riders with many amenities nearby. House accommodated 10 guys comfortably. Great to relax after a day of riding the area. The clubhouse is a fitting name for the property.

Amazing house for a large group
The house and the host were great. Lots of beds and bedrooms to accommodate any group. Seamless entry upon arrival and departure. Diane was very easy to get in touch with. Okemo was less than 5 minutes away which made it very convenient to go back and forth to the mountain. We had a great stay, highly recommend.

Wonderful group vacation home
The Clubhouse is a great place for a group trip! We were a group of college friends with kids in tow. The house provides tons of space, bedrooms for all and pretty much all the amenities you would need for a group trip. The house itself might be a bit older, but the interior is all updated in a comfortable style. The outdoor space is highlighted by the river running along the back of the property. Hot tub is bigger than most standard hot tubs and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. The owners were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We've previously stayed with them at their other VRBO property in Ludlow and have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences at both properties.

Wonderful week in Vermont
We took our first family vacation which included my wife, me, our 5 children and our 5 Grandkids. The Clubhouse was a perfect place for us all. The three floors and numerous bedrooms gave everyone a chance for privacy, while the first floor kitchen/dining/living room area was the eating and meeting place throughout the day. The two kitchens on the first and third floor were well stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you will need. There were lots of options for things to do during the day and plenty of restaurants if you want to go out to eat. Shaws grocery store is only a short walk away. I’ve already recommended the place to friends that are avid skiers and hope they go this winter.

Great rental for a large group. Since we were here during the hottest week of the summer and there was limited air conditioning, sleeping wasn't the best. However, the cleanliness, the availability of everything needed, the location, and the friendliness of our host, Diane, made it a special stay!!!!

Excellent place for a large family reunion-- Loved everything about it!
One of the best thing about this very well maintained home away from home is the very large open kitchen with a large center counter area. The pictures don't really do justice to the open space adjacent to the kitchen -- with tables for dining and sofas for additional seating (plus TV watching). Great for doing jigsaw puzzles and hanging out together. The eleven bedrooms and 7 bathrooms on 3 floors accommodated all 17 of us very well. Four of the rooms had private bathrooms and we had no problems sharing the other bathrooms. Rooms 8 and 9 are adjoined (one entrance from the common room on the 2nd floor) (w/ en-suite bathroom) and was ideal for a family with young children. The town has a large supermarket, and everything in town is in easy walking distance. The host, Diane, was super quick in responding to requests. It is a short drive to the Lake w/ water sports, and short walk to a city park with playground, tennis courts. and skate board area. For the capacity and quality of The Clubhouse, the price can't be beat. We hope to come again for a future reunion.

Perfect family reunion home and location!
When we met at the Clubhouse, we were struck by its uniqueness in updating but not removing the history. Spacious kitchen, comfy beds, a babbling brook and space for everyone. The hosts were very accomodating, many of our younger generation had to work, so some nights there more than others. Ludlow has a small town feel, but has great shops, coffee shops, bike rentals within walking distance of the Clubhouse. There is something to do for everyone! This is the place!
This house is awesome. Everyone keep saying how much the pictures don't do it it justice. Our trip was in May so we ended up walking to almost everywhere we went. There was only one air conditioner down stairs but they supplied plenty of fans, just something to plan for depending on what time of year your trip is. It wasn't and issue for us even on the top floor we opened windows and there was good air flow. The kitchen was awesome and pretty well stocked. Everyone absolutely loved the place and are already planning to go back.

We had a total of 29 people and no one had to wait to use the bathroom which is a miracle! The kitchen is great and having an additional one upstairs came in handy because of the size of our group. Perfect ski house for multiple families.
We loved our stay at the clubhouse! Diane is a gracious host who answered all of our questions quickly and effectively. We were a total of 4 families with kids and we had plenty of room for everyone. The three story set-up in this house makes its ideal for multiple families to spread out without ever feeling cramped. We were only 5 minutes from the mountain and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Perfect location, prefect house, prefect host. Just perfect!

the house worked great for our group of 23 people - few families with teenage kids. Very close to Okemo, and also only 30 min drive from Killington. Since most of us ski, it worked well because some have IKON pass, and others EPIC. Those who don't ski enjoyed walking around town, cute shops and galleries. Lovely stay - thank you!

Lots of space!
This was perfect for 3 sisters and their families. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and enjoying meals all together but we all had our own space also. The hot tub was a hit. Great Taco and Pizza place we could walk to. The kids enjoyed painting rocks we found in the creek, the state park nearby, drives up Okemo mountain at sunset and my personal favorite, Buttermilk falls. Thank you Diane for helping us to have a wonderful, relaxing week together.

My group of 20 and 2 teens really enjoyed ourselves in June. A spacious kitchen, breakfast and dining area, 2 living areas and more! The outdoor deck was great to have after being out during the day and kicking back to relax! The one kitchen worked out very well with the 2 refrigerators, double ovens and microwave. The local Shaw's supermarket, was great to have close by - 10 minute walk each way. I was in contact with Diane and she always responded in a timely fashion. No problems with the house nor any complaints from my group at all!!

Great House in a Great Location
Amazing location - very close to ski resorts (<5 mins from Okemo and <30min from Killington) and just a stones throw away from quant downtown Ludlow, VT featuring cute bookstores/boutiques/restuarants. House is nestled right on a beautiful stream as well which was great to wake up to in the morning. A perfect trip!

Great week! Most listings advertise how many it sleeps, but this house is accurate on how many beds. We had a group of 15 and there were beds and rooms to spare. Diane is a great host. I have stayed in more than one of her property's. If you are heading to Ludlow any time of year, check out this house or the other 2 in the same area from Diane as well. Very Happy Stay
Our group of 17 came here for a research retreat. Everyone in the group was very pleased with the house, the quaintness of Ludlow and the nearby hiking opportunities. So, this is a great place to stay for a summer visit as well as during the ski season.

Great House for a Family Reunion
We have been coming to the Clubhouse for our annual family ski trip for many years ever since it went on the market for rental!!! It is a well-equipped house with many amenities to amuse a wide range of generations. You can easily walk to the center of Ludlow village and it is a quick drive up the mountain for skiing. We are already looking forward to next year's trip to the Clubhouse!!

Nice house in a nice town
We just returned from a week's stay at the Clubhouse in Ludlow, VT. The house has plenty of sleep space for a large group (we had 14 adults and 6 children), is an easy walk into town, and has a park with a playground and tennis courts around the corner. At the start of the week, the weather was very hot and the house does not have AC, but there were MANY fans provided that helped. The house was clean, with a rustic feel, with a well-stocked kitchen. While there was not a lot of yard space, there was a place to sit and enjoy the outdoors on the banks of the creek which runs through the back of the property. The creek is shallow and provided some on-site opportunities to cool off. The Clubhouse's owner, Diane, is great to work with and, while we had no need for any assistance while there, she is very responsive. Ludlow and the nearby surrounding area has a lot to offer... we went to Buttermilk Falls, Camp Plymouth State Park (which is wonderful!), Okemo and Bromley Mountain Adventure Parks, blueberry picking at Wellwood Orchards, horseback riding at Mt View Ranch, and golfing at Bellows Spring Country Club.

We absolutely loved our week at The Clubhouse! The large common areas allowed for everyone in my group to get together - whether it was for dinner, to play board games, or to watch a movie. The abundance of sleeping areas ensured everyone had their own private space as well. The extremely convenient location allowed us to be walking distance to a grocery store, a Dunkin Donuts (which was key in the mornings!), and tons of local bars and restaurants. Diane was also an absolute pleasure to communicate with throughout this entire booking process as well as during our stay. My group has been doing Vermont trips every summer for the past 6 years and this has been by far our favorite house! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Our family has been renting the Clubhouse for about 10 years for gatherings of up to 30+/- . All but a handful are skiers and two thirds are kids. This year was our second Skister (held Easter Weekend). The Clubhouse is always inviting and has a place for everyone to hang out together or in smaller groups. Very large kitchen and dining area with plenty of seats for all. Diane has always been helpful and accommodating. I don't think you will be disappointed unless you need a very level floor; but that is part of the charm.
