We had reserved a room where you could bring dogs. And they had prepared it with water bowls, towels under the bowls, extra towels to dry the dogs and dog candy. They had ample parking space and possibility to charge the car. Friendly staff, excellent location close to downtown.

Sehr gut gelegenes zentrumnahes Hotel mit gehobenem Standard. Modern, sauber, komfortabel. Superschönes Frühstücksbüffett, das keine Wünsche offen lässt und in sehr ansprechender Form angerichtet ist. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind dem Gast zugewandt, sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Stückzahl vorhanden. Alternativ gibt es auch neben dem Hotelparkplatz einen öffentlichen. Fahrzeuge mit E im Kennzeichen können hier kostenlos parken! Das Hotel punktet absolut mit der Top-Lage. Vom Frühstück aus kann man das Holstentor sehen. Füßläufig in die Innenstadt sind es evtl. 5 min. Besser geht es nicht. Zimmer sind sauber, lediglich die Gänge zu den Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber dort verbringt man ja auch nicht wirklich viel Zeit. Wir sind min. 1x im Jahr in Lübeck. Dieses Hotel ist vielleicht nicht das luxuriöseste, aber im Gesamtpaket für uns das Beste!

Besser geht nicht . Zimmer groß und sauber. Frühstücks Buffet bot eine große Auswahl. Am Abend war die Bar geöffnet für nettes beisammen sein. City ist nur 2-3 min Fussläufig zu erreichen. Parken kostet 22 € extra .

Die Unterkunft, das Zimmer, das Bett und die Sauberkeit waren gut. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und hatte eine große Auswahl. Leider waren die gekochten Eier fast kalt und es gab kein Spiegelei. Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer lag zu einem Kanal und Hinterhof des Hotels. Dort waren morgens schon laute Aktivitäten; Schiffahrt und Müllabfuhr. Das Zimmer hatte zwar Schallschutzfenster, ohne Klimaanlage mit geöffnetten Fenstern waren die Arbeiten aber ziemlich laut und störend. Sonst alles gut.

Great location

Hotel is very short walk into town. Dtaff all very polite in texeption. Did find dinner in the restaurant very very slow service but food was excellent. Room with view over river very nice. Cant believe there is no a/c though

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit solidem Frühstück – aber Verbesserungsbedarf bei Zimmerausstattung und Sommerkomfort Das Hotel punktet mit seiner zentralen Lage – das Holstentor ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Das Zimmer bietet großzügigen Platz. Die Toilettenanlage ist jedoch etwas unglücklich gelöst: Der separate WC-Raum ist sehr eng, die Tür stößt beim Öffnen direkt gegen die Toilettenschüssel. Das Waschbecken ist leider viel zu klein geraten und wird von einem übergroßen Wasserhahn zusätzlich unpraktisch – sauberes Händewaschen ist kaum möglich, ohne Wasser daneben zu verteilen. Das Badezimmer mit der Dusche befindet sich gegenüber und ist durch eine Schiebetür abgetrennt. Die Dusche ist angenehm groß, aber etwas dunkel. Der Fön befindet sich in einer Schublade, jedoch war die DGUV-Prüfung bereits seit 2024 abgelaufen. Für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer ist das Zimmer nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen: Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, lediglich einen Säulenventilator. Das nächtliche Öffnen der Fenster bringt keine wirkliche Abhilfe, da aus dem Hinterhof laute Lüfter zu hören sind. Zudem beginnt ab etwa 5:00 Uhr morgens der Lieferverkehr mit rangierenden LKWs, was die Nachtruhe deutlich stört. Unser Hinweis wurde an der Rezeption entgegengenommen, man versicherte, ihn weiterzugeben.

Hotellet låg perfekt intill den gamla stadskärnan och rummet var jättefint. Vi trivdes jättebra men tyvärr hade hotellet ingen AC så det var jättevärmt i hotellrummet.

Fantastiskt rum

Mycket bra hotell med fin frukost, stort rum samt möjlighet att låsa in cyklar. Gångavstånd till gamla stan. Saknade luftkonditionering, men i övrigt jättebra hotell.

Fremragende!

Utroligt lækre værelser! Helt vildt god morgenmad! Den eneste bemærkning er at værelset var utroligt varmt, der kunne godt installeres en form for aircondition udover den lille gulv stander
