"Great reception staff. Always helpful. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the Old Town. The hotel is always clean. My room was, perhaps, a bit basic but it was very clean, quiet and with a very comfortable bed. When I next come to Lübeck I will certainly stay at this hotel."

"Extremely poor experience. No parking, broken air conditioning during very hot weather, poor room amenities, and no effective support from staff. We were forced to move to another hotel late at night and sleep uncomfortably as a family. Very disappointing and not recommended."
