"Freundlicher Empfang, freundlicher Service im Restaurant. Faire Preise im Restaurant und schmackhaftes Essen! Schönes Schwimmbad mit noch angenehmer Wassertemperatur. Vermisst wurde: Duschgel im Schwimmbadbereich und ebenfalls im Wohnbereich. Selbst Handseife war im Wohnbereich sehr spärlich vorhanden. Täglicher Handtuchservice wäre wünschenswert. Bad/Toilette architektonisch leider eine kleine Katastrophe. "

Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels, chicken mc nuggests and fries every day as the kids wont make it up so late. with a super high room rate we felt fairly frustrated. Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. Gorgeous artifax, furniture, attention to tiny details, including freshly baked sourdough bread at the excellent breakfast (we bought some to take with us, the crust was so good). The pool is small but just fine! Sauna was good. We ended up staying longer than we thought and once we were moved to a room with screens on the windows, it was a perfect stay. We met the staff and "
