Wohnung mit grossem Balkon

Balkon mit See- und Weitsicht sowie zentrale Lage super! Kücheneinrichtung vernachlässigt, unbrauchbare Bratpfannen, defekte Herdplatte, lärmender Kühlschrank etc. Kommunikation nach meinem Hinweis zum Zustand abgebrochen. Homepage funktioniert nicht zuverlässig, daher Zahlung sehr mühsam. Empfehlung, sobald sämtliche Mängel behoben sind.

Buenas vistas y muy luminoso

La casa es ideal para una pareja o una familia de 3 o 4 miembros. Positivo: Proximidad a la estación de tren, y por tanto cerca de la zona histórica. Muy luminoso, tiene todo lo necesario y encima no tiene televisión. Perfecto para no quedarte en casa y disfrutar de los muchos senderos de la zona de Lugano. Negativo: No tiene lavadora (deberían retinra el lavavajillas y cambiarlo por una lavadora). Es más util.
