"Was nice to have a well equipped gym, motel, bowling alley/dining area combined into one convenient complex. Decent price for the room and friendly staff. Would like to have used the indoor pool but it was closed for renovating while I was there. Will stay there again when I am in the area."

"This little cabin was perfect for our trip. The beds were cozy and comfy me and my husband both slept great. It’s right on a small lake where we kayaked. We plan to be back with the kids. Also the campground itself was the most peaceful campground we’ve ever been to, we had the windows open the whole time and never heard a peep from the neighbors. "
"We spent a few days fishing. The docks make it so convenient to just get up and go fishing. The cabin works great for us. We have stayed here a couple times. The hosts are very responsive. "

"The house was large and airy, and immaculate. The kitchen was very well-stocked with every kind of utensil, pot, pan, and dish. We enjoyed watching humming birds, turkeys, deer, chipmunks, herons, goldfinches, mourning doves, and squirrels. The yard was large enough for leisurely walks with our dog, and although we didn't use it, the fire bowl was beautiful. I can't recommend this rental enough!"

"Despite the record heat, the AC kept the cabin cool and the lake was a great way to cool off outside. Loved the historic but well equipped kitchen. The only comment would be there is no internet or cell service. But for me that is a plus."
