Ubicación a 5 min a pie de la muralla

La llegada fué un poco confusa ya que no había nadie en recepción y la puerta estaba cerrada, el check in a través del QR no era sencillo ya que debías tener cuenta en Microsoft ( ya me dirás tú), después de llamar varias veces apareció una chica a los 10/15 min, nuestra hora de llegada fueron las 16 h aprox. que no llegamos a las 23 h de la noche, es importante remarcarlo. A partir de ese pequeño contratiempo todo bien. Calidad/ precio normal, no me parece una ganga tampoco ya que no ofrece ningún servicio añadido ( bar/ comedor por ejemplo). El apartamento para 3 es espacioso, está bien y los lavabos y ducha bien también, lo mejor sin duda es la ubicación.

La experiencia podría haber sido más satisfactoria: 1. Eramos dos personas en un apartamento con tres camas individuales. En el armario no había ropa de cama extra, hacía frío. Después de las 23h no había nadie en recepción, por lo que nos tocó deshacer la cama extra y usar su funda nórdica. La calefacción no funcionaba. 2. El dormitorio olía mucho a tabaco. 3. Un apartamento mal estimado especialmente en relación a radiadores y puertas.

No relación entre fotos de la web vs realidad

Necesitábamos un aparta hotel con nevera para poder tener refrigerada la comida del niño de 2 años. Había estado con anterioridad en el hotel por motivos de trabajo, y no me había resultado tan malo. De hecho, las fotos del hotel no se ajustaban a la realidad ni tuvimos una habitación parecida a la que ya había tenido (sin ningún lujo) en anteriores ocasiones. La nevera era diminuta, y nada más llegar, nos encontramos la puerta dle congelador abierta con un bloque de hielo. En resumen: la mitad de los alimentos estropeados. Nos la cambiaron la ultima noche (4ª). Había humedades (goteando) en el techo de unos 20 cm, y me confirmaron que eran conscientes de ello. El tope de la puerta de entrada no había, así que nos clavábamos contínuamente el clavo del tope. La vajilla era escasa, y me percaté que los platos no estaban muy bien fregados (sobretodo en el borde exterior). No creo que revisasen la habitación antes de hacer entrega de las llaves de la misma. Dudo repetir alojamiento.

El alojamiento está muy cerca del centro,muy limpio y tranquilo. Lo negativo,que el menaje de cocina es escaso. El techo del baño necesitaba reparación,en la zona de la ducha se caía la pintura(al menos en nuestro apartamento).

Correct mais bruyant

Séjour correct dans un appartement pour 4 personnes. Attention, il n’y a qu’une seule chambre, 2 lits ont été ajoutés dans le salon/cuisine. Pas adapté pour 4 (1 table avec seulement 2 chaises). Le parking est très pratique mais payant à 6€ Les lits ne sont pas très confortables Le gros problème de cet hôtel est le bruit : nous entendions les chasses d’eau des chambres au dessus comme si c’était dans notre chambre!

Recomendable

El servicio muy amable. El apartamento está bien acondicionado para lo que necesitábamos, que era un día de mucha gente, donde no podías comer fuera porque estaba todo reservado. Todo parecía limpio y olía a ello. La localización es ideal, a unos pocos metros andando del centro. Lo adquirimos en oferta, así que la relación calidad-precio fue genial.
