  • Discover everything that Rincon Del Malbec has to offer. From dining at the on-site restaurant Fuegos Aucano, to lounging by the pool or trying our Aucano wines within our "Cava" a traditional mud house built in 1884 that stores and keeps our wines at the right temperature.

    Craving a break from routine? Wake up to the sun shining on the Andes while being surrounded by vines.

    Immerse yourself in one of the world's greatest wine countries, while spending your day lounging in our infinity pool or dining at our on-site restaurant, Fuegos Aucano - where the focus is simple, comfort food with locally sourced fresh ingredients.

    Throughout your stay, you'll have the option to indulge in our wine varietals including Malbec, White Malbec, Rose, Cabernet Franc and more. Take part in a wine tasting session run by expert sommeliers from Mendoza.

    Your host Horacio will welcome you and will be more than happy to chat about anything wine, food and things to do in Mendoza.

    Guests will have access to the infinity pool, a private cabin, the vineyard and on request the restaurant and "Cava" - traditional mud house for wine tasting and exploring our varietals.
