I had a wonderful stay at Amara Shanghai and would definitely stay here again. The location is incredibly convenient, and a huge bonus is having a Starbucks right next door, which was perfect for grabbing a coffee whenever I needed one.
A special thank you to Zero from the concierge team, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond during my stay. He helped me locate a massage nearby and was incredibly helpful with arranging my airport transfer.
Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled due to the weather, and the airport transfer ended up being even more helpful than I could have imagined. The driver was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help me find new accommodation after my flight cancellation. He helped me navigate the situation, made sure I knew what I needed to do for my next airport transfer, and even reassured me to message him if I needed any further help. I was extremely stressed at the time, and his kindness and assistance made a difficult situation so much easier.
Overall, I had a great experience at Amara Shanghai. The convenient location, great breakfast, and especially the exceptional help from Zero and the airport transfer driver made my stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai!
