The website pictures are very misleading. The hotel needs a serious make over. Since the name Wyndham was attached i figured it wouldn't be bad. At the hotel you see a sign that leads you to believe Wyndham is by name only. If it wasn't for a family situation and payment in advance. I would have high tailed it out of there and never looked back.

The microwave was plugged into a surge protector that blew everytime you tried to use it. Phone didnt work. Tv didnt work. The bath facet was severely corroded and you could only use the shower. Room did not have a soap bar or tissues that were clearly supposed to be there. All staff were super friendly and glad to help with issues.

I really enjoyed my stay and will probably book future stays as the location was convenient, close and doable for my needs, breakfast was great, stocked and fresh( Thanks Shenell and the other young lady). The Staff overall was wonderful, friendly and always professional and helpful.

It was an average hotel - nothing better, nothing worse. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. I was pretty tired from driving all day when I got there and they were really helpful, including moving me to a ground floor room (so I wouldn't have to climb stairs) without being asked. The only thing that needs to be substantially improved is their wifi service. It was unavailable (too many users) during high use times (evening) and even when I was able to get on it kept going off.

Liked: Staff & Service- Polite & informative when asked about surroundings. Disliked: That the nearest Subway was closed at 3:00 pm in the afternoon. People standing around two back entrances at around 10pm when it’s dark. The side and back doors not locking so I didn’t have to use the key.

We were looking for a place between New Orléans and our plantation and swamp tours the next day. Very convenient place. Our tv did not work so we were offered a different room but after being settled in our room we just relaxed instead. Besides the cockroach in our bathroom that I killed the place is pretty well maintained. Breakfast was fine, no complaints. Staff is nice and polite.

Terrible accomodation.
The staff was very nice. This is a very old hotel needing upgrades on flooring . The carpet in the room was very old and smelled like mildew and mold. The mattresses need to be replaced very uncomfortable. the hardware in the bathroom is very old. Will not return to this hotel.

Delay at check in due to computer update. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Visit was post medical procedure so these factors were an issue. This facility may be great in other circumstances but not ideal for our particular stay this time.

The only reason I am leaving this review is that I was overcharged for my stay at the Ramada Luling. I appears to be run down and in need of updating; for that reason, all of the guests, including myself, should have been given a fair price to stay here. I am traveling across the country and would have enjoyed my stay much more, but because I was so tired, I chose not to complain or ask for an upgrade.

The staff were excellent. The room was clean but had a dirty smell. It smelled like the carpet was dirty. The first room I got the guests across the hall was extremely loud. The attendant at the front desk quickly offered to move me to another. She was warm and welcoming from the minute she greeted us as we walked in.

The carpet was water stained. The desk chair was moldy. The pool was green wirh algae and not usable Talked with other guests and their carpet was water logged. The hotel needs serious upgrades.

Kind of expensive for the quality
The breakfast was terrible. Some sausage links and biscuits for hot food. Then cereal, oatmeal packets, and bagels. They took away the waffles which were the best thing. The pool was green. The bath had mold inside the tops of the soap holders and the shampoo bottle was empty with a hair inside the lid. The personal were great though. Super friendly.

Horrible. First room I went into smelled bad. Like not the worst sniff, but definitely not a good one. Then I take my shoes off (cuz shoes are the worst) walk 2 steps into the room, and soak my socks. Wet socks are worse than shoes. So I go down to the desk, a little pissed off, and request another room. The nice child at the desk apologized and got us in another room. Well the second room smelled worse than the first, but! The floor was dry. I paid $111.87 altogether for this room. I’m sorry to be a rudie butt, but it’s honest. This room was barely worth $40. This is one I expect when I book a for sure crap room. Not a low price, but a high price for a broke human that doesn’t want to end up in this type of situation

Bed was comfortable, but it was disappointing in every other way. Mold and mildew in the bathroom, shower curtain held up by duct tape, no refrigerator, even though there was an empty space where one had been, no extra blanket…. We only stayed one night, even though our reservation was for three.)

Did not check in until 430am due to flight delay. Got to sleep for a couple hours. Bed was comfy. Bath tub very slippery and i fell getting into the tub, hurting my knee. I let the clerk know at check out but he did not see concerned. You need shower matts available in the rooms please

Horrible for the price!
The hotel has no elevator and the stair well has stains like someone puked in there and there was no water pressure at all! Sink stopped up! No housekeeping and we stayed three days two nights! If we would have paid 50-100 to stay then I would have been less upset cause u get what u pay for but 225 a night was a lot and we did not enjoy the hotel! Staff was friendly
