"Very family oriented resort I loved everything about it."

"We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect — right across from the ocean, making it incredibly convenient to visit the beach anytime during the day. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made everything very easy and enjoyable. We booked a two-queen bedroom on the 40th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and included a small refrigerator, which was very convenient during our stay. Although there was some nearby construction, the noise did not bother us much at all. What truly made our experience even better was the excellent staff. Everyone was polite, respectful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so pleasant and memorable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I won’t stay at this hotel again. It’s so run down. The bedding smelled like a 90 year old man had just slept in it. The carpets are stained, the walls need to be painted….just everything. Tear it down and refurbish. It’s past time. "

"We had an overnight stay in between cruises. Having got of a ship early in the morning we arrived prior to advertised check in time but were given a room as soon as one was available for which we were grateful. The room was a twin queen bed as requested. It was clean and had a coffee maker but no milk in the fridge (we purchased some from the shop downstairs). The bed was comfortable. There was only one chair for the two of us which meant one had to sit on the bed to watch TV. Location was good, walking distance to ALA MOANA CENTRE and Walmart supermarket with restaurants and takeaway also nearby. The airconditioner was a little noisy when it cut in. We were given a discount voucher for breakfast which we didn't use. This Hotel served our needs for the one night stay but we would choose another for any extended stay."

"The room was flawless, our room included utensils and kitchenware. Heated mirror for after showers, a gorgeous view, separate areas and soft sheets. My husband and I will be booking again!"

"This is a nice hotel. Its location is convenient but it’s not grand…but that’s ok. I don’t like the trend in hotels to have vinyl floors. In a hotel room, I prefer carpet for some reason…it just feels more cozy. It was very clean and the bathroom was modern. There were no amenities other than two bottles of spring water…which was very welcome. The staff is fantastic!"
