Traces of chips on the floor & live bugs inside the sheets in that had to be evicted in master room and some hair on the shower shelf. No extra cleaning fees though. We just needed a place to crash to get to Whiteville for an event so it served it's purpose and the price was perfect. "I paid for 2 nights stay. I drove from Michigan and arrived at the home (yes, it is the home on the pic..nice neighborhood). I called the host, they told me where the key was. I retrieved the key however, the front door was already ajar. I pushed the door open and said Hello loudly. There was a man in pajamas eating cereal.. He only spoke Spanish. I left the premises and requested a refund immediately. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME! Scam Alert!!!"

"The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me....

"It was very comforting sleeping in the super clean king bed. The air conditioner was very cold but adjustable. Older property, but well maintained. Hot shower was nice. Fluffy bath towels. The lady maybe the owner was super friendly and congenial. We would go back. very close to I-95 easy in and out."
