Bel appartement avec terrasse et agréable jardin vue sur la mer

Appartement fonctionnel et agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Christian. La plage et le port sont à quelques mètres en bas de la résidence. Très bien situé entre Calvi et l'Ile Rousse pour profiter de la magnifique Balagne. Dommage que la semaine soit passée aussi vite...

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien conçu pour une famille de 4 personnes.Très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La vue mer depuis la terrasse est tout simplement magnifique et le jardin est très agréable. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, distance idéale. Tous nos critères ont été largement respectés, nous sommes ravis. Un grand merci pour votre accueil.

Appartement conforme à la description. Bien situé (5min a pied des commerces et de la plage), bien équipé et avec un grand jardin. Idéal aussi bien pour des vacances tranquilles que pour visiter la Balagne. Très bel expérience.

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel, très bien équipé avec belle terrasse et grand terrain arboré. Nous avons particulièrement appréciés : - les extérieurs, avec les différents points de vue et la douche extérieure est un vrai plus - la plage qui est à 5 mn - la climatisation en ces jours de canicules 😀 - la présence de produits de première nécessité et les petites attentions de la propriétaire 🙏 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

Grosse Parterre-Eck-Wohnung, mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und grossem Wohnbereich an einer ausgesprochen ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung ist Umfangreich ausgestattet. Schöner, sonniger Garten mit Blick auf die Bucht. 350m bis zum schönen, sandigen Strand.

DOUCEUR DE VIVRE ENTRE MER ET MONTAGNE

Séjour très agréable avec vue splendide entre mer et montagne. Habitués de la Marine depuis les années 85, nous avons apprécié ce logement avec sa magnifique terrasse / jardin qui offre un panorama à couper le souffle. Il y a tout le confort, rien ne manque et l'accueil de Jeannette sur place est très convivial. Le seul bémol concerne la haie mitoyenne qui demande à pousser un peu plus haut dans toute sa longueur afin d'optimiser la discrétion entre locataires, ce qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir chez Brigitte avec grand plaisir. Appartement très confortable avec jardin et vue mer magnifique

L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est entièrement équipé et la literie est particulièrement confortable. La vue de la terrasse est superbe. L'extérieur a été très bien agencé avec un coin repas et un coin sofa qui permettent de profiter pleinement du jardin. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille dans cet appartement que nous vous recommandons à tout point de vue. La plage de Sant'Ambroggio et les commerces sont à 2 minutes à pied ! Notre hôte Brigitte est à l'écoute de ses locataires. Tout a été parfaitement organisé de notre arrivée à notre départ. Merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.

Vue magnifique

Très bel appartement idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage et proche de nombreuses activités. Vue magnifique et dégagée sur la mer, conforme aux photos de l'annonce. La terrasse et le jardin sont superbes. La résidence est récente, l'appartement bien équipé et agréable. En point d'amélioration, la propreté n'était pas parfaite à notre arrivée, en particulier la terrasse et table de jardin. Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement très agréable et trés bien situé

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. La vue est très belle, le jardin avec sa terrasse couverte un vrai plus. La plage à proximité (5 min à pied) est très jolie et propre. Situé entre Calvi et l'ile Rousse, l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la Balagne. Merci à Brigitte et Gilles pour l'accueil et leur disponibilité.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien placé à 300 pas de la plage. Commerces sur le port où supérette un peu plus haut. Très bon accueil par Jeannette et bonne relation avec la propriétaire. Nous y étions avec 3 enfants de 3, 5 et 7 ans et ils ont adoré. Rayonnement facile vers Île Rouse, Calvi ou le Fango. A noter, la piscine d’eau de mer de Sant Ambroggio semble fermée en temps de COVID (a l’abandon). Nous conseillons la location.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet appartement Rez de jardin. Correspondait exactement au descriptif. Joli jardin, appartement très fonctionnel où rien ne manque. Déjeuner à l’ombre, climatisation qui fonctionne bien. Superbe vue sur la Mer. Très calme. Plage à proximité. Hôtes très agréables. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

Superbe séjour à Sant’Ambroggio

Merci à Mme Elard et Jeanette pour leur accueil. L’appart est parfait, fonctionnel et dans une résidence calme. On ne manque de rien! Toutes les pièces climatisées, la terrasse sympathique et les bains de soleil agréables. La confiture de Jeanette est délicieuse (encore merci). Le top du top avec la mise à disposition du jacuzzi? 😉. On reviendra! Merci
