"The property is dilapidated the toilet was broker in my room they couldn’t contact the maintenance man and didn’t have another available room which considering the state of the property I would not have accepted. I booked another room in dundee and am staying here currently this was extremely disappointing"

"Traveling with my dog for an event nearby - stayed one night. The hotel looked nice from the outside but the inside was very “worn”. Check in was incredibly slow despite having a reservation. Breakfast area was very small with very limited options. Room had an odd odor, chipped paint, window with several large cracks, bathroom counter came to mid thigh (I’m 5’4”), toilet barely flushed (usually taking 2 attempts), poor water pressure in shower and I could touch the ceiling. Very noisy all night (thin walls). In a business area with several hotels, I wish I had made a different choice."

"We booked this location three months ago and traveled five hours to be informed there were no rooms available. The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again."
