Spend a month on the water, and still be able to take the train to Cambridge/Boston for meetings. Easy yard to water lot, mid-century modern home with updated kitchen. Beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces throughout. Dock, easy swimming area. Lounging, fishing, or just get yourself out of the city for a while and still stay connected to the office. Excellent wifi and internet if you have to work.
