The man that owns the place was born and raised in an animal loving family and his respect and love for the animals show through his interactions and knowledge. You can schedule a behind the scenes tour of the zoo if you call ahead. During this tour I was able to pet a porcupine, feeds goats, feed bananas to a lemur, and feed the tiger pictured. Never got check in information

Emailed owner multiple times before arrival and never got information on how to enter the property. Had to sleep in a hotel and change all of our lodging plans on the fly during our vacation, which was stressful. Not something you want to deal with when trying to enjoy time with family.
