Welcome to our cozy 3BR, 2.5 bath home, perfect for up to 8 guests. Whether it's a getaway for any season or special occasion, we've got you covered:

4. Spacious rooms: Plenty of room for everyone. Most of the cabins around the area are very small (approx. 1000 sqft on average). Ours is approx. 2000 sqft. You can sleep comfortably on each room.

9. Adventure awaits: Explore nearby hiking trails and the Shenandoah River for kayaking and canoeing adventures. Renting Kayak/floating tube from the nearby Shennandoah River Outfitters could be time consuming and costly if you want to spend less than an hour in the river or if you have your own tube or kayak. You can rent our inflatable kayak and tube at the fraction of the cost you will be paying at the outfitter. You can also bring your own kayaks/tube. Public boat ramp is just 4 mins from our house, whereas , it is approx. 20 mins from the outfitter. Fishing allowed with permit.

10. Kid-friendly: Play area to keep the little ones entertained. We provide a high chair, Pack 'n Play, and plastic dishes for convenience.

Additional Guests: For each additional guest beyond six, there will be an additional charge of $30 per day.

Waiver of liability for use of the hot tub: The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any repair charges for damage to the hot tub and/or property caused by the guests. Guests further agree that everyone using a hot tub will shower and clean their feet upon the use of the hot tub.

**Luray Oasis borders the George Washington National forest, thereby surrounded by a variety of wildlife even a bear possibly. With this in mind, guests must carefully clean up the kitchen every night and securely package all food to prevent pest infestations. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD OR TRASH OUTSIDE, WHICH WILL ATTRACT WILD ANIMALS.
