  • The City Apartment is located in the heart of Lusaka City. It has an Afrocentric style and design, simple, but with assured comfort. It located in a safe and secure neighborhood, in a complex with 24 hour security. Its central location ensures a bit of everything for everyone. Whether travelling for business or leisure, The City Apartment offers the utmost comfort and convenience.

    The Apartment is furnished with the comfort of our guests in mind. You will enjoy the simplistic elegance that the apartment provides. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge area is comfortable for both work or leisure. All the artwork in the apartment was created by local artists, to give travelers a taste of Zambian art. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful Zambian sunset on the balcony.

    The neighborhood is surrounded by several shopping malls big and small that offer a wide range of amenities, i.e coffee shops, a Fitness center, a beauty Spa , Cinemas, Restaurants, Sports bar, and under 10 min drive to all major night life activities.

    Security: The complex has a night guard and caretaker that over see security and maintenance, respectively. However, always remain vigilant and security conscious, keep doors and grill doors locked before going to bed and each time you leave the home.

The location isn’t bad. The place isn’t bad. Needs a little fixing. The WiFi isn’t complimentary and neither is the TV… tried to charge us for both of that. WiFi doesn’t even work. Stairs are kind of messed up. One is missing a big chunk of wood. One of the bathrooms has a huge hole underneath the bathtub. Power will go out but that’s just lusaka things and water was also an issue too. I give this place 2.5 out of 5 stars
