This house offers both comfort and convenience:

- Ground floor: A spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, plus a double bedroom with a private bathroom (shower and toilet).
- First floor: Two large bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and the possibility of adding two single beds (ideally for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4). A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
- Each bedroom is spacious and includes a small sitting area with a TV.
- Outdoor space: A secure, fenced garden and a covered barbecue area for a relaxing outdoor experience.

Guests have full access to the house. Parking is available on the street.
